Follow my blog with Bloglovin Amber Rivers of Past Regret Amber Rivers of past regret; Something I can not just forget The pain, too deep of a feeling inside Somewhere along these trails, I ride. It's deep a wound I cannot forget; Amber Rivers, with this deep regret. I'm not sure how to tolerate this pain; As I walk this lonely road in my brain. Deep it was that was taken from me; I shall sail out unto the sea. A drowning of myself, I feel; For what I did, I can not repeal. I close to this in my writing words; What I had done was so absurd. I should've been more assertive to her; To me now, it's as if, it were a blur.  Sadly, it is not the case I've seen; I need to accept it and move on indeed. Every grandchild needs a Grandpa, Whether biological or not,  Grandchildren deserve  Grandparents in their lives.  They need all that I have mentioned in my poem to my grandsons.  Grandpa My grandsons, Lee, Eoin, Christopher, Rowick. A boy needs a Grandpa, For man-to-man talks. To go hand in hand,  On companionable walks. To fix up his toys, When they no longer go. To tell him the things, Little boys want to know. A boy needs a Grandpa, To show him the way To handle a puppy To teach him fair play. To impart bits of wisdom, He's learned through the years That it's no disgrace For a man to shed tears. A boy needs a Grandpa, To sit on his lap And, if no one is looking They take a wee nap. Follow my blog with Bloglovin Darkness, My Ole' Friend Hello Darkness, my ole' friend: I've come to talk with you again. My loneliness comes to set in, Why am I here, chatting with sin. What the hell did I do:  To earn such my life, I try living true; I only seek to live peacefully; So, I need to figure this out, indeed. Why do I keep coming back, defined? My darkness: takes me places; That I'm unwilling to unhide. The multiple times I catch myself: Openly conversating with me, I'd shelf. Darkness: Telling me; I'm crazy; Should I be! Follow my blog with Bloglovin Stallion  Mighty was his look,  Rendering tall, as he provokes.  The attraction that he emanates drawing to its taming, which we sought.  A stallion as he stands,  The silhouette is what we have seen.  It was that of a wild horse waiting for his taming to prevail!
